Yoga Teacher Training: A transformative experience
We believe what you cultivate on the mat, you take with you off the mat. Learn the science beyond yoga āsana (posture) and prāṇāyāma (breath control). This training provides an opportunity to create a special connection between student to teacher, your community, and to yourself. You will enrich your yoga practice and understanding of yoga - as you build daily healthy habits for your mind, body, and spirit. The ancient yoga techniques still ring true today to benefit our modern day, busy lifestyles.
