200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

At Cultivate Yoga (Avon)

Starts September 6th, 2024 (Scholarships available)

Join us for 10-months exploring āsana, prāṇāyāma, meditation, mantras, philosophy, and more.

Yoga is an art, a science, and a connection.

We believe what you cultivate on the mat, you take with you off the mat. Learn the science beyond yoga āsana (posture) and prāṇāyāma (breath control) - all that integrates with the mudras, mantras, and history. These ancient yogic techniques still ring true today to benefit our modern day, busy lifestyles. This training will help you:

  • Build daily healthy habits for your mind, body, and spirit for personal development or future teaching.

  • Create a special connection between student to teacher, your community, and to yourself.

  • Uncover your healthy unique being (H.U.B.)

  • 2 scholarships available at 50% off tuition - email your essay on “why yoga, why this program, and why you” by June 3rd (formally reviewed by Cultivate Board Members).
