300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Starts Aug. 2025)

Thank you for your interest in joining the 300-hour yoga teacher training hosted at Cultivate Yoga in Avon, Ohio.

Upon acceptance into the program, all applicants will be required to make a deposit of $500 which goes towards tuition costs to hold the applicant’s place in the program. If applicant cancels 30 days or more before the start of the program, the applicant will receive 100% refund of remaining balance. If applicant cancels less than 30 days before the start of the program, the applicant will receive 0% of their initial investment.

Payment Options:

$3,650 (includes optional Ashram visit), $3,400 (standard)

Ashram Details: Optional Weekend Visit

  • Paranitya Narasimha Ashram - spiritual hub located in the heart of the Finger Lakes of Elmira, NY (about 4.5 hours east of Cleveland)

  • Vegetarian meals, coffee, and chai tea provided (you can bring extra snacks)

  • Private & Double Rooms (bunk beds) with access to showers (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towel, washcloth, bedding and pillow provided)

  • Head and shoulders should be ideally covered when inside the temple

  • Clothing: no tight shirts, tank tops, skirts should be below the knees, try to cover glutes with longer tunics or wear loose fitting sweaters, yoga pants and bras are acceptable during practice

  • Shoes: no shoes to be worn in the ashram or inside the temple (bring socks or go barefoot)

  • Men and women will sleep in separate quarters

  • Carpooling and transportation to be coordinated

Three (3) Day Cancellation:

  • An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days after registering or signing up is entitled to a refund of 100%. This applies only if the program does not commence within less than 30-days. The refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice of cancellation.

Refunds After the Program Start Date:

  • There will be no refunds after the start date of the program. If the applicant withdraws from the program for any reason after it starts, the applicant will be responsible for paying the full tuition, regardless of any partial payments that have been made to date. This is very specific as training slots are limited and space is held accordingly (based on requests, early registrations, wait-lists, etc). It would be unfortunate to see a student leave; however, having an open line of communication is important if this event occurs.

Special Cases:

  • Special/Unique Circumstances: In the case a student needs to withdraw from the program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the applicant will be refunded 25%.

  • Bad Conduct: No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.

  • An applicant who is denied admission into the program is entitled to a full refund of all money submitted.
