Bhakti & Nāda Yoga Workshop (4/14/2024)

Join us for an afternoon of Bhakti yoga and chanting. We will raise the vibe, learn new mantras, and you can even bring your musical instruments. A majority of the workshop will be singing, alongside our harmoniums and drum beats to uplifting tunes, and then close with a 15-minute science overview on Nāda Yoga (Sound).
References will be available to support you with “call and response” techniques for active learning
